Monitoring (after prep)
Patent PreCheck includes two monitoring concepts — distinct from scoring:
- Legal change monitoring — Alerts when new Federal Circuit, PTAB, or USPTO guidance could affect your project’s pillar scores. Included for 30 days after Interactive Code Review; ongoing subscription on the roadmap.
- Prior art watch — Watches for newly published filings that overlap your technical space — useful after you know the idea is worth protecting.
